Fernando Garnacho has been awarded as CIGRE Distinguished Member
Every two years, longstanding services to CIGRE are rewarded by a "Distinguished Member" award, upon proposal from their National Committees. Fernando Garnacho has been awarded by CIGRE as Distinguished Member thanks to his career and activities carried out in CIGRE.
