LCOE-CTAT at CPEM2026

LCOE-CTAT attended CPEM2026 (Conference on Precision Electromagnetic Measurements), one of the leading international conferences in electrical and electromagnetic metrology.

The increasing deployment of power electronics, renewable energy sources, electric vehicles, and converter-based technologies is leading to a growing presence of harmonics and supraharmonics in modern power networks. This evolution creates new challenges for measurement systems in the grid and for ensuring traceability and accuracy under the new distorted waveform conditions.

Within this framework of CPEM 2026, Ángel Ramírez Linares presented our work, «New Procedure for the Characterization of Voltage Dividers under Distorted Waveforms up to 150 kHz», which proposes a traceable methodology for characterizing voltage dividers under realistic HVAC/HVDC conditions with frequency components up to 150 kHz. This work contributes to the development of the measurement capabilities needed to support the next generation of electrical networks.

CPEM 2026 is also a great opportunity to share our latest results, discuss emerging challenges in power system metrology, and exchange knowledge with colleagues from leading research institutes and laboratories around the world.
